How We Started
We began with a single portable toilet route and expanded based on what customers asked for. Early on, Fort Collins contractors told us they needed faster service calls and more unit variety than they were getting. We added septic pumping in 2010 and dumpsters in 2012. Today we operate a fleet of over 200 units across northern Colorado and serve customers as far south as Loveland and as far east as Greeley. Many construction companies use us for OSHA portable toilet requirements because we know the math: one toilet facility per 20 workers or fewer, per OSHA 1926.51(c)(1). When a site has 40 workers, that's one toilet seat and one urinal minimum. We help customers size the order correctly before the crew shows up.
The septic side grew because Fort Collins homeowners and rural properties need regular maintenance. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, depending on tank size and household size. That's a schedule, not a guessing game. We also pump grease traps for restaurants and food trucks.
What We Do Every Day
A standard porta potty holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We deliver, service weekly as the baseline interval under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, and pick up on schedule. An ADA accessible unit meets ADA Standards section 213.2 so at least 5 percent of any cluster is accessible, with a minimum of one. We stock deluxe flushable models for events and offices where standard units won't work. Roll-off dumpster rentals require about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for safe placement. Restroom trailers cost more but deliver climate control, running water and actual plumbing for festivals, weddings and film sets. Handwashing stations are required where employees apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1), and they need soap and towels per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). Storage containers stay on site for weeks or months. Temporary fencing protects job sites and crowds.
We're based in Fort Collins and service Timnath 8.4 miles east, Laporte 10.4 miles northwest, and Windsor 12.6 miles southeast. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city.
